Terms of use

A professional certification programme delivered online: official courseware, a simulator of 50 assessed rounds across 5 phases of increasing complexity, questions to an expert, and a scheduled final exam that leads to a credential.

Each certification track is bought separately and gives access to that track's programme.

Your account is personal. Do not share your credentials — the credential you earn attests to your own work, and sharing access undermines exactly that.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at if you believe someone else has used it.

You must be able to enter into a contract in your country to buy a certification.

Answers are assessed against the courseware and the standards of the track. Assessment is assisted by artificial intelligence and reviewed by a human examiner before a credential is issued.

Reaching the minimum score in the simulator is a condition for booking the final exam. Passing the final exam is what issues the credential.

We may withhold or revoke a credential obtained through impersonation, plagiarism or any circumvention of the assessment. If we do, we will tell you why and you may respond.

Do not copy, republish or resell the courseware, the exercises or the exam questions. They are the intellectual property of GAFM® and its licensors.

Do not attempt to extract the exam bank, automate answers, or interfere with the platform's operation.

What you write remains yours. You give us permission to store it and to process it as described in the privacy notice, for the purpose of assessing and certifying you.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and charged in that currency, wherever you are. Your bank may apply its own conversion.

Access is released once payment is confirmed.

You keep every right the consumer law of your country gives you, including any right of withdrawal — nothing in these terms reduces it. To exercise it, write to .

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced when it may affect a scheduled exam.

If a technical failure on our side interrupts your final exam, we reschedule it at no cost.

The certification attests to performance in our assessment. It is not a professional licence, and it does not guarantee employment or any regulatory recognition.

Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

We may suspend access in case of a serious breach of these terms, telling you why.
